EIGHTEEN REGIONAL CHAMPIONS REPRESENTING 13 states vied for recognition at the National Tooling and Machining Association's (NTMA) 31st Annual National Apprentice Competition in Meadville, Pa. The two-day contest involved a comprehensive written exam and projects with lathes, mills, and precision grinding.
