Machine multiple parts simultaneously. (Machine of the Month).

ACCORDING TO HELLER, ITS MCT Series machining centers are flexible, productive, and accurate thanks to twin spindles and multiple part fixturing. The machine can be equipped with two CNC B axes or with a combination of A and B axes for 5-sided simultaneous machining of multiple parts.

Machine spindles share both X and Y axes. The X is integrated into the column, and the Y is the vertical slide. Independent, ram-style Z-axes are in the Y slide, an arrangement that permits individual tool offsets and allows the MCT to work in a Heller flexible transfer system or as a standalone machine.
