The not-so-friendly skies. (Letters).

I ENJOYED YOUR FEBRUARY EDITORIAL ON BUSINESS FLYING ("It takes customer focus for a business to fly high," p. 10). You hit it on the head. I fly Delta a lot--had 56 segments last year--however, its new policy is to reward those paying for higher-priced tickets.

Unless I want to pay full fare next year, I'll have to fly twice as much to become a silver medallion. I think I'll cash in my frequent flyer miles and start using Southwest. It's a cattle car, but you get rewards right away.
