Kongo Shot Man Dead, Witness Tells Court.

Businessman Kimani Kongo was yesterday identified as one of the gunmen who killed Nairobi's Woodley Estate anti-grabbing crusader Charles Sosah.

Mr Sosah's house boy, Mr Francis Musyoki Mulei, told a court that Mr Kongo was in a four-man gang that executed Mr Sosah.

As Mr Mulei, 30, pointed him out, Mr Kongo smiled and shook his head.

He then whispered to his co-accused, former director of city planning Kuria wa Gathoni, and then consulted his lawyer.

Mr wa Gathoni and Mr Kongo have denied murdering Mr Sosah on February 12, last year, in Nairobi.

High Court Judge Robert Mutitu heard that the witness recognised Mr Kongo from a picture published in the Nation soon after the murder. …
