Suspect Reindicted In Molestation Case.

BERNALILLO A Corrales man suspected of child molestation has been reindicted less than one month after his original indictment was dismissed when his former lawyer claimed a grand jury tape was inaudible.

Randolph Vivar, 60, of Mockingbird Lane in Corrales was reindicted Sept. 28 on one count of criminal sexual penetration of a minor and nine counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.

Vivar pleaded not guilty during his February arraignment on the child molestation charges and remained free after posting $75,000 bail.

Vivar allegedly initiated sexual contact with three female children ranging in age from 3 to 6 in October 1999, Corrales police officer Elizabeth Dwyer has said. …
