City Administration Warns of Shortfall

The looming possible financial breakdown at Santa Fe's city-owned railroad yard has caught the attention of local lawmakers, who Thursday began discussing City Hall's next moves for the land.

"There's got to be a point somewhere when this City Council starts to make decisions," Mayor Larry Delgado said Thursday night at the Sweeney Convention Center about the slow-moving plan for building on the 50-acre railroad yard property. "Somewhere, we've got to start and show the people of Santa Fe that something is actually going to happen."
