FORBES-TOPPINO CREATIVE GROUP, a marketing, advertising and public relations agency, has moved to new offices at 2900 Louisiana NE, Suite 201. The agency's chairman is Mickey Toppino; Peter Forbes is president.

The agency took over the offices of the New Mexico Broadcasters Association, which has moved to 8014 Menaul NE.


THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF MEDICINE'S DEPARTMENT OF NEUROLOGY has added Paul Gordon to its faculty as an assistant professor. Gordon will also direct UNM's Parkinson's disease and neuromuscular programs.

A specialist in Parkinson's disease, Gordon is also the medical director of the New Mexico Parkinson's Disease and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis patient advocacy chapters.

Gordon recently completed a fellowship in movement disorder/motor physiology at the Neurological Institute of New York, Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center. He has a medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine.

SOUTHWEST MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, a physician-owned group practice, has hired Steven Gough.

Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Gough received his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and completed a residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo.

THE ROMERO LAW FIRM has added associate attorney Gene N. Chavez.

Chavez received his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1999. Since that time, he has been an assistant district attorney in San Juan and Bernalillo counties. Chavez will practice criminal defense, domestic relations and personal injury law. …
