'Stretching' just as important now as 20 years ago.

With this introduction, I first learned about "Stretching," by Bob Anderson. Twenty years later, this book remains the bible for those who believe that stretching is as important as aerobic exercise and weight training for total well-being. The book has sold more than 3 million copies and is published in many languages. Now, it's been revised and updated for its 20th anniversary.

And I, for one, am grateful. My original copy is falling apart from overuse.
