Banks support Crime Stoppers.(Corporate Giving)

Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers has received several donations from local banks and credit unions: $2,000 from First Security Bank; $1,000 from New Mexico Bank & Trust; $1,000 from the Bank of America; $1,000 from the Bank of Albuquerque; $500 from Wells Fargo Bank; $300 from the Santa Fe Federal Credit Union; $250 from High Desert Bank and $100 from Kirtland Federal Credit Union.

Eileen Maddock, executive director, said Crime Stoppers works closely with banks and credit unions to catch robbers and white-collar criminals suspected of identity theft and forgeries. "Through such donations, these banks and credit unions are helping their customers, as well as the entire community, by making the metropolitan area a safer place," she said. …
