* Labor board reschedules dispute over decertification for Nov. 30

The Rio Rancho Labor Management Board has rescheduled a meeting to hear a tangle of accusations from the city, the city employees' union and some of those employees who want to decertify the union.

Larry Moritomo, who works in the city's purchasing department, began an effort in the spring to decertify the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 3277.

The union represents about 160 city employees, excluding those in the Department of Public Safety.

The board was set to meet Nov. 1 to hear Moritomo's petition and the union's effort to quash it, but the meeting was postponed without explanation. …
