2 Youths Arrested In Arson, Burglary.

CUBA Two youths were arrested Sunday on arson and burglary charges after they allegedly set fire to and robbed a NAPA auto parts store, according to the Cuba police chief.

Anderson Castillo, 18, and Darrell Castillo, 16, each confessed to stealing tools, auto parts and other items from the NAPA store on U.S. 550 in Cuba on Sunday morning, but said the building was on fire before they entered, according to the statement of probable cause for Anderson Castillo's arrest.

Cuba Police Chief Carl Ohler said the NAPA store was destroyed by the 1:30 a.m. Sunday blaze.

Anderson Castillo was charged with burglary, conspiracy and arson, he said. …
