We've all been there. You get to the gym and begin your first set of leg presses when you realize you have to be somewhere in a half an hour.

Not to worry. We have a workout for you that will tax all your major muscle groups and get you out of the gym in time to pick up a smoothie on the way to your appointment.

And it won't compromise your usual routine, either.

As a matter of fact, you could adopt this as your usual routine and still make strength gains, according to Jessica Blomster, an exercise physiologist and health promotions coordinator at Westside Women's Wellness in Rio Rancho.
