Ford helps Anderson Schools.

* Part of $3 million goes to business and management teaching, courses

A grant from the Ford Motor Co. last year has resulted in an additional $124,000 to pay for endowed lectureships, professorships and course development for the 2000-01 academic year at the University of New Mexico's Robert O. Anderson Schools of Management.

"What we do every three years is endow lectureships and professorships and we had an additional sum of money from Ford Motor Company," said Mary Cromer, development coordinator at the Anderson Schools.

"It came as a grant to the university as $3 million, and funding came from that," she said. …
