Bus Driver Pleads Innocent to DWI.

A Moriarty school bus driver accused of driving drunk in her car has pleaded innocent in the case.

Elizabeth Vigil, 30, made the plea during her arraignment Dec. 5 in Santa Fe Magistrate Court.

Vigil was arrested for aggravated DWI on Oct. 7 after being involved in a crash at the intersection of N.M. 344 and Interstate 40 in Edgewood.

According to the police report, Vigil allegedly was exiting off the westbound lanes of I-40 and did not stop at a stop sign. …
