Ex-Worker Faces Charges of Assault.(Metropolitan)


A former worker at a Hobby Lobby store in Northeast Albuquerque was arrested Wednesday after he came to the store and allegedly threatened a manager with a knife.

Reggie J. Abel now faces felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and tampering with evidence.

Police were called to the store on Wyoming NE about 7:30 p.m.

A criminal complaint filed in Metropolitan Court said that according to the manager, he was in the parking lot of the store when Abel "came up to him and started to yell at him. …
