The big question for the past two weeks has been: Is anyone getting any work done, with all the partying going on? Seemed like almost every office in the city has hosted some sort of holiday fete recently.

On Friday for example, there were parties all over town. One of them was a rockin' annual fete thrown by the six principals of the Downtown architecture firm of DCSW, or Design Collaborative Southwest.

"Every year we do a theme," explained Dave Dekker, one of the six, when asked about the judge in the white wig and black robes who was doing the boogie-woogie in the firm's lobby.

The "judge" turned out to be actor Tomas Sanchez, who was hired, along with model Christa Canady, dressed as "blind justice," to represent this year's courthouse theme. …
