3 Indicted In Lottery Crimes.(Metropolitan)

Three men have been indicted in separate New Mexico Lottery-related crimes, including one for the alleged break-in and theft of an instant ticket vending machine in March.

Carlos Silva, 30, of Albuquerque was indicted by a Bernalillo County grand jury on Dec. 11 on charges of commercial burglary, larceny over $2,500 and conspiracy to commit commercial burglary in connection with the alleged break-in and theft of a ticket-dispensing machine at the Furrs Supermarket at Central and Juan Tabo NE.
