It is available only over the Internet, with access protected by a password, and customers can customize their own home page to track whatever bills they want and eliminate all the rest.

For a base price of $2,000, customers also will receive daily e-mails updates of the bills they are tracking. Other services cost extra, such as a page or e-mail alert when something unexpected happens, or the ability to download committee schedules and other data into palm-held electronic organizers. …
