25! shrinks its retail proposal as others move into area market.

Though the whimsically designed 25! mixed-use redevelopment is filling up with tenants, the developers of the $12 million project have decided to cut the planned retail space in half.

The retail section was originally planned as two buildings totaling 25,000 square feet.

Now, retail at the 50-acre center on Jefferson west of Interstate 25 will occupy one single-story 14,480-square-foot building, said leasing agents Tim With and John Ransom of Grubb & Ellis/Lewinger Hamilton.
