Jury Deliberating Murder Case.

Jurors are expected to continue deliberating today whether an Albuquerque man accidentally killed his friend on New Year's Eve 1999 or if another, unidentified man fired the fatal shot.

Wilfred "Waco" Martinez, 21, is charged with second-degree murder and other crimes stemming from the shooting death of 28-year-old Alex "Cricket" Moya of Santa Fe outside an Allsup's convenience store on Agua Fria Street.

The shooting happened after Martinez and Moya wrestled with three unidentified men in the store parking lot.

Prosecutors maintain Martinez was armed as he struggled with another man. Four shots were fired during that struggle. …
