In a special Black History Month presentation, a searing play at The Vortex takes a look at the indignities endured by one New York family whose 10-year-old was shot while walking with his father.

"The Mojo and the Sayso" is the fictionalized account of the aftermath of the real-life killing of Queens schoolboy Clifford Glover, who was shot by police in what they called a case of mistaken identity.
