Campbell Farming Appeal Rescheduled.

County To Hear Request on Jan. 27

Campbell Farming Corp.'s appeal of its master plan to the Bernalillo County Commission has been rescheduled.

The hearing, originally scheduled for Tuesday, will now be held Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m. at the city-county chambers at One Civic Plaza in Downtown Albuquerque.

Campbell Farming is proposing to build 4,023 homes on 8,046 acres in an area known as Campbell Ranch, which borders the Paa-Ko subdivision east and west of N.M. 14.

On Dec. 14, the Bernalillo County Planning Commission denied approval of the Campbell Ranch master plan. But on Jan. 3, the company filed notice that it would appeal that decision to the Bernalillo County Commission. …
