They used to be called "stay-at-home moms." Now they're being redefined as "work-at-home moms."
Whatever the label, they are a resource for companies looking to hire people with training and experience just not in a 9-to-5 kind of way.
The first WAHMfestNM in Albuquerque, a work-at-home-moms expo, is scheduled for Jan. 19 and 20.
Twenty exhibitors will participate, with information about home-based employment or volunteer opportunities and advice from those who have "been there," according to Jenn Spradlin, fest director. …
