Moriarty Man To Join Regents.(Schools)

A Moriarty man has been appointed to the University of New Mexico Board of Regents, one of two new candidates named last week to fill vacancies on the board.

Eric Anaya of Moriarty and Sandra K. Begay-Campbell of Albuquerque were among regent nominations across the state released Jan. 3 by Gov. Gary Johnson. The Legislature will have final approval.

Anaya, named to a two-year term, is currently a first-year student at the UNM School of Law. He graduated from Moriarty High School in 1995 and attended UNM on academic scholarship.
