UNM adds BBA program at its Gallup campus.

Business students in western New Mexico will be able to earn an undergraduate business degree with a program beginning Tuesday at the University of New Mexico's Gallup campus.

The program is the result of a cooperative venture between UNM's Extended University, The Anderson Schools of Management and the university's branch campus at Gallup.

Previously, only an associate's degree program was available. Now, the Anderson Schools, through full-time and adjunct faculty, will provide a three-year cycle of 16 classes to provide core and elective courses.

The Extended University will offer humanities and social science classes to provide the general education requirements. …
