25 park is adding lunch, laundry and day care.

Ground breaking took place last week at the 50-acre office park named 25 for 15,000 square feet for businesses that can provide services to employees there.

Already, 240,000 square feet of space at 25 has been leased to four companies: Client Logic, United Health Group, Furrs and Boeing-SVS. There are about 1,800 employees at those businesses, with about 1,200 more expected when the remaining 60,000 square feet is leased.

The new 15,000 square feet of space under development is designed to include: food, laundry, child care, fitness and similar service business, said John Ransom, a vice president of Grubb & Ellis/Lewinger Hamilton, an Albuquerque real estate brokerage handling the leasing. …
