Taxes the topic for Town Hall.(Business)

After tackling electric deregulation and economic development last year, New Mexico First's first Town Hall this year will examine New Mexico's taxes.

The nonprofit public policy-advocacy organization will meet in Angel Fire on May 3-6. The meeting will be designed to reach a consensus on how to improve the tax structure in the state.

"Our goal is to effect positive change in our state by addressing fundamental policy issues through the Town Hall process, creating a statewide network of informed, concerned citizens, and leading New Mexicans to take action," said Judy Zanotti, president of New Mexico First.

Questions to be discussed include:
