The series finale Tuesday night for Albuquerque against Edmonton looked absolutely nothing like the first three baseball games. Momentum-altering pitching can do that.

Nate Bump cooled off the hot-hitting Trappers to one unearned run in seven innings as the host 'Topes salvaged game four of the Pacific Coast League series 2-1.

"It was a win we truly needed," said Jason Wood, whose double in the fifth inning scored Chad Allen for what, remarkably, was the game's final run. "We had a great performance from Nate Bump tonight. He kept us in the game all night long."

Bump struck out six and allowed seven hits. …
