Antique show producer moves easily between worlds of music and fine art

Flash back to the original Woodstock in 1969. It's raining, and stage manager John Morris is announcing -- as gate crashers stream in over downed fences -- that Woodstock is going to be a free festival.

Now, fast-forward to the weekend of July 3-6, 2003: John Morris will be hosting the annual Santa Fe Summer Antiquities Show, displaying art and antiques.

Is this the same man?

Most definitely. Originally from New York City, Morris is now a part-time resident of Espanola. He says that producing concerts actually has a lot in common with organizing antique shows. …
