Extradition Next For Suspect In Wife's Death.(Final)

A man taken into custody in El Paso in connection with the shooting of two people in Albuquerque may be brought back to the city by Monday.

U.S. Border Patrol officers took Ramon Enriquez Chavez into custody early Thursday morning at a gas station near El Paso. Jeff Arbogast, spokesman for the Albuquerque Police Department, said APD detectives arrived in El Paso on Thursday to return Enriquez Chavez to Albuquerque after extradition proceedings. Arbogast said the suspect will likely be back in Albuquerque by Monday.
