On the day after a memorable Memorial Day backyard barbecue featuring baby back ribs and pork loin with not one but two very different sauces, all courtesy of the Journal North's Southern-bred smokemaster, who would consider sampling much the same menu somewhere else?
We did -- mainly because it seemed like a good way to put the talent at R & B (Ribs & Burgers) to the true test.
