This follows the revelation by Albuquerque boxer Johnny Tapia, a five-time former world champ, that he and his wife and manager, Teresa, were planning to purchase a Corrales eatery.

What's up with this, I'm not sure. Are these guys just that fixated on food after so many years of starving to make weight?

Regardless, the first thing the two rumblin' restaurateurs will need is a menu.
