* Going into its 2nd year, vocational school is fulfilling a need for skilled employees

Tear down the walls to 75 offices, redesign and renovate 25,000 square feet of space, install 110 computer work stations, enroll 309 students and graduate 24 seniors in ceremonies at left field at Isotope Park, all since July.

"We're tired," said Danny Moon, founder and principal at Albuquerque Charter Vocational High School. "But it's a good tired."

The school is gearing up for its second busy year: It's renovating the remaining 75 offices in its building at the Broadbent Industrial Park, doubling its space so it can take up to 625 students. …
