This book is a celebration of individualistic women. They are a diverse lot ranchers, educators, philanthropists, businesswomen, firefighters, elected officials and a preponderance of artists (painters, weavers, photographers, dancers, videographers, video artists and ceramicists).

They are Hispanic, Native American and Asian though mostly Anglo.

And all 80 of them in the book live in or near Santa Fe. …
