Los Alamos National Laboratory's Center for Homeland Security will hold a weeklong public lecture series on homeland security as part of LANL's 60th anniversary celebration.

Each lecture is free and open to the public at the University of New Mexico-Los Alamos student union beginning at 7 p.m. The Friday lecture starts at 5 p.m.

Tonight's lecture features a panel of nuclear and radiological experts who will discuss terrorist motivations, threat identification, preventative measures, threat reduction and incident response. …
