SANTA FE This time, the tables were turned.

Gov. Bill Richardson was early; the University of New Mexico women's basketball team was late.

No matter. Once the ceremonies started, enough smiles, congratulations and "way-to-goes" were evident that everybody was happy.

The occasion was a luncheon at the governor's mansion to celebrate the success of the Lobos' Sweet Sixteen performance at the recent NCAA Tournament.
