Singapore-in a pleasant departure from the usual story of airport problems, Singapore's Civil Aviation Authority is getting ready to open a solution: The new Changi Airport Terminal 11, which will provide a 12 million passenger per year addition to the already outstanding airport complex. The new terminal is expected to give Changi the largest passenger-handling capacity of any airport in the Asia/Pacific region. Changi already ranks ninth in the world in passengers handled.
