With more flights to North America than any other African or Middle Eastern airline and with a new partnership with Delta Air Lines, Royal Air Maroc is boosting its activities in the US and Canadian markets. This is part of a program to restructure its schedules so as to make Casablanca a hub with convenient connections for the whole of its route network that includes Europe, Africa and the Middle East as well as New York and Montreal. RAM currently operates 150 daily flights serving 78 cities in more than 40 countries, ranking it among the leaders in Africa and the Middle East.

Particular attention is being given to easy transit for passengers to and from Moroccan domestic points, including popular tourist spots such as Marrakech and Agadir. Tourism is the No. 1 generator of foreign currency earnings for the country and an important source of business for the airline, providing a high proportion of the 4 million passengers carried each year. …
