Air New Zealand has shown tangible signs of a revival from the Asia-inspired slump in its key international markets, posting a 48% rise in net profit to NZ$214.4 million ($114.8 million) for the year to June 30. Significant passenger growth on the Tasman and services to the UK largely was responsible for an 8.7% increase in revenue to NZ$3.36 billion.
