Delta Air Lines continued to stand firm against the demands of its Air Line Pilots Assn.-represented pilots regarding pay and work rules for the 777. Last April it swapped four 767-300ERs for 777s, and on June 11 the carrier said it would defer deliveries of "all" 777-200 IGWs on order and remarket the two 777s already in its fleet owing to its inability to come to a suitable agreement. …
