FlightSafety Boeing's new structure and expansion plans move the company along

Two years after the joining of two industry powerhouses to form FlightSafety Boeing Training International, the company is expanding its scope while reorganizing to become 'customer-focused." Splitting into four parts-flight training, maintenance training, training development and Boeing Business Jet training the organization hopes "the change from the company's previous site-based structure... will help us fulfill our strategy of offering a broad array of training solutions that are world class and locally delivered."

The firm that bas labeled itself "the world's largest and most comprehensive provider of airline training" is indeed big, with 500 employees and $200 million in assets spread out over 15 locations. …
