SAS Group reported a pre-tax loss of Sek22 million ($2.6 million) for the three months ended March 31, down from a profit of Sek6l3 million in the year-ago period, reflecting an economic slowdown in the Nordic region, declining business-class traffic and increased competition from low-fare airlines. SAS said full-year earnings will be "considerably below" last year's Sek2.8 billion. Group operating revenue increased 1.6% to Sek9.6 billion.
