United Airlines' Jan. 6 announcement that it will boost U.S. domestic service at its Washington Dulles Airport hub from 73 to 117 daily departures restores IAD to its former position in UA's route system. The current expansion begins April 4 and continues through May. Although no new cities are being added, additional frequencies are being flown in 13 markets.
