After rejecting an earlier contract overwhelmingly, the ALPA-represented pilots of Atlantic Southeast Airlines have reached a tentative agreement with management, calling for a 30% increase in compensation in the first year of 4 years' duration.

The new agreement includes 3% annual increases, an increase for first officers to receive 60% of captain pay, training reimbursement up to 50%, improved contribution to the 401(k) plan, full retroactive pay for all BAe 146 and CRJ regional jet pilots, and captain-authority jump-seat provisions. …
