The British Regional Airlines Group which consists of Manx Airlines and British Regional Airlines, intends to seek a listing on the London Stock Exchange this summer. Dresdner Kleinwort Benson will act as sponsor and stockbroker to the flotation

Commenting on the proposed flotation, Terry Liddiard, chief executive, said: "The Group has grown very significantly over the past three years. This flotation will enable us to expand our fleet further and maintain our positive momentum in terms of passengers carried and routes covered."

For the year ended last Dec. 3 1, the group posted net earnings of $5.9 million on operating revenues of $254.2 million, an increase of 21% over revenues of the previous period. …
