Exhibits of interest to airline attendees at 1985 Paris air show

Aerospatiale Aircraft Corp. (1110 Vermont Ave. N.W., Suite 1220, Washington, D.C. 20005) will have an ATR 42 on flying display at this year's Paris show. The company will be in Hall 1, Section A, at Stand D-18 and will occupy Chalet A-26. Henri-Paul Puel, chrm. of the commercial committee and Giovanni Gazzaniga, vice chairman, will attend.

Aero Systems, Inc. (P.O. Box 52-2221, Miami, Fla. 33152-221) is a worldwide aviation sales and services company, specializing in avionics and instruments. It will have its exhibit at Stand B-12 in the U.S. Pavillion. Officials representing Aero Systems in Chalet A-45 will be Fred L. Dunn, VP-mktg. of subsidiary Aero Systems Aviation Corp., based in Miami; Colin J. Devellerez, VP-opns., Asia & Australia, also with ASAC; and Roy R. Johanson, VP-mktg., United States, of subsidiary Hierax Company Ltd., based in Hong Kong.

Aerotech (Box 218, Purchase, N.Y. 10577) will be found in the U.S. Pavillion at Stand C-2 displaying products from its TRW Power Accessories div. including fuel and boost pumps, head sets, electrical and hydraulic equipment, engine accessories and flotation devices. Attending will be Jan R. Andresen, president; Walter Osborne, sr. VP & gen. mgr.; and Ann Rinaldi, VP-airline sales.

Airbus Industrie (Av. Lucien Servanty, 31700 Blagnac, France) will have exhibits and presentations featuring its A320 150-seat twin program along with its current array of A300 and A310 transports. No airplane will be on static display, however there probably will be an A320 cockpit mockup at Technical Stand 69. An A300 or an A310 will fly up from Toulouse each day for the flying displays. New Airbus President Jean Pierson, Executive VP and Gen. Mgr. Johann Schaffler, and Sr. VP-Mktg. Pierre Pailleret will all be entertaining at Chalet B-20. Airbus exhibits will be in Hall 1, Section A at Stand D-18.

Aircraft Furnishing Int'l. Ltd. (5 Lyon Rd., Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, England KT12 3PY) will be exhibiting a full range of its passenger seats including sleepers, first class, business class and economy seats at Stand D-11/1 during this year's Paris air show.

American Aviation Manufacturing Corp. (180 Varick St., New York, N.Y. 10014) will have on display Kaiser Electroprecision and Orcon Corp. products as it is the European representative for those companies as well as fasteners and National O-rings in the U.S. Pavillion at Stand C-8. Company officials attending will be Elaine Stone, president; Todd Stone, sales engineer mgr.; and J. L. Raimbault, mgr.-Paris.

Avco Lycoming (Stratford div., 550 S. Main St., Stratford, Conn. 06497) will be exhibiting the ALF502 turbofan and the ATDE (APW34) in Hall 1, Section A, Stand D-19 during this year's Paris show. Company officials John R. Myers, president; Martin J. Leff, VP-commercial programs; and Joseph A. Mauriello, dir.-Aviation Engine Marketing will greet visitors in Chalet B-7.

Aviation Planning Services (Suite 1420, 800 Dorchester Blvd. W., Montreal, PQ Canada H3B1X9) will be present this year in the Canadian Pavilion, Hall E as well as in the Canadian Chalet B-61. Company officials attending will be C. E. B. McConachie, pres.; and S.A. Kearns, mgr.-special projects.

Aviation Sales Co. (Box 522914, Miami, Fla. 33152) will feature a video presentation at its Stand C-1 in the American Aerospace Ind. joint exhibit on commercial aircraft spares, aircraft leasing, flight equipment leasing and various types of inventory support programs. Officials M. A. Burns, chrm., CEO & pres. of Ryder System Inc.; D. R. Parker, sr. exec. VP & COO-Business Services Group of Ryder System; and J. A. Brayn, Jr., pres. of Aviation Sales will be present for discussion.

Beech Aircraft Corp. (Box 85, Wichita, Kan. 67201) will be in Chalet A-35 during this year's show. Its static display will be directly outside the chalet on the flight line. Exhibited will be a Super King Air 300, a commuter model 1900C, a B200T special mission aircraft and a Starship. Greeting guests in the chalet will be James S. Walsh, president & CEO; Charlie Dieker, exec. VP-mktg.; Chester A. Rembleske, exec. VP; and John J. Funsch, VP-int'l. mktg.

Bell Helicopter Textron (Box 482, Ft. Worth, Tex. 76101) will highlight its new Model 400, which is the first of a new family of light twins to be manufactured in Canada, in all of their locations at the show as well as featuring their entire product line in one form or another at their various locations. Bell will be located in Hall 1, Section D, at Stand L-7 and in Chalet B-5 with L. …
