Middle managers can polish skills and pave their upward paths at Canada's International Aviation Management Training Institute

MONTREAAL--For senior and middle management personnel in all branches of civil aviation, prospects for promotion are greatly enhanced by having been in a course organized by the International Aviation Management Training Institute. This is evident from observing the progression of the careers of the 3,300 alumni from 163 countries subsequent to attending IAMTI management training courses since the not-for-profit entity was established in 1987 by the Canadian government.

But in recent years, IAMTI has extended its activities beyond giving management courses to airline, airport and governmental civil aviation executives. It provides a complete range of custom-made training and advisory programs. The biggest program is being conducted for the Polish government and involves training in Poland and Canada of 400 senior managers from the Ministry of Transport, LOT Polish Airlines, the Polish Airport Authority and the Polish Air Traffic Control Agency. …
