A midst anecdotal evidence that flight attendants are using their post-9/11 authority as the last barrier of air defense to occasionally bully and intimidate innocent passengers, we were stunned to read of such an incident apparently occurring at the world's largest and arguably friendliest low-fare airline.


According to press reports, a Southwest Airlines customer service supervisor took it upon himself to advise a comely lass of 23 that her onboard attire was entirely inappropriate for air travel and insist that she "cover up" her tank top and miniskirt ensemble lest she be barred from the flight.

"Say it ain't so Joe!"

Could this be the same Southwest that once dressed its stews in bright orange hot pants and advertised that fact to tired businessmen? …
