Management and shareholders of SN Airholding, parent of SN Brussels Airlines and Virgin Express since April 2005, could find no common ground on which to integrate the full-service carrier with the no-frills airline. Mounting tension led to the sudden resignation of SNBA Management Committee Chairman Rob Kuijpers at the end of September and the departure of SNBA CEO Peter Davies soon after.
