Virgin Atlantic reached agreement with Airbus to push back deliveries of the first of six A380s on order from summer 2006 to late 2007. The remaining five will join the fleet in 2008 and 2009. Virgin said the delay is necessary in order to develop the passenger cabin to its specifications as well as a lack of preparation at key airports, notably Los Angeles International, a claim the airport denied. …
